An Open-ended scheme for Development of Farmhouse on Agriculture Land (2008-09)
Noida gives you the opportunity to won a plot to build your dream Farmhouse on Agriculture land.
Interested parties may obtain prescribed applications form containing terms & Conditions from Vijay Bank, Sector-6, UCO Bank, Sector-3, Noida, ABN AMRO Bank, Sector-18, Noida & Union Bank of India, Sector-62, Noida on cash payment of Rs. 500/- from 19-01-2009 onwards.
List of available plots for allotment shall be displayed on the Notice Board of the Authority at Administrative Office, Sector-6, Noida.
Application from can also be downloaded from the website of the Authority . www.noidaauthorityonline.com. In case of downloading of application from, a bank draft of Rs. 5000/- equivalent to the cost of application form will also be enclosed
GROUND COVERAGE : 10% ( Maximums 1000 sq Mtr.)
FAR : 0.15
Maximum Height : 7.50 Mtr.
SIZE OF PLOTS : 10,1000 Sq Mtr. and above
RATE OF ALLOTMENT : 3100/- Per sq Mtr. + location charges as applicable for this scheme.
